ANALISIS PENERIMAAN APLIKASI SISTER KEMENDIKBUD DENGAN MODEL UTAUT: STUDI KASUS PENGGUNAAN G2E

Aplikasi SISTER Kemendikbud, sebagai wujud dari penerapan e-government, bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan layanan bagi penggunanya. Pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan 950 pengguna aplikasi dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui survei online, memfokuskan pada variabel seperti Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), dan Self-Efficacy (SE), serta dampaknya terhadap Perilaku Pengguna (PP). Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi pengaruh signifikan PEU, FC, dan SE terhadap PP. Penelitian juga mempertimbangkan faktor kontrol seperti jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, status pekerjaan, dan lokasi tempat kerja. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembangan aplikasi (Government to Employees) G2E di masa depan dan membantu pemerintah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas serta adopsi aplikasi semacam ini oleh pengguna.
