ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK FOR DESIGNING COMPANY ARCHITECTURE UNIT LABORATORY

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan nilai bisnis dan sistem informasi di unit laboratorium. Metode yang digunakan adalah Zachman Framework. Masalah utama adalah proses manual yang diterapkan dan sistem informasi yang belum tentu didukung sepenuhnya, sehingga berdampak pada proses bisnis. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Zachman Framework sebagai metodologi dapat menghasilkan model arsitektur desain secara umum sesuai dengan visi dan misi organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah blueprint yang berisi arsitektur enterprise. Tujuan ini diharapkan dapat tercapai secara optimal jika ada sinergi antara strategi Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi dengan strategi bisnis, terutama ketika masalah utama adalah proses manual yang diterapkan di sana.
